Personal Information Collected from You

This site collects personally identifiable information provided by you, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. This site also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by this website. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of this website. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. This site encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from the website so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. This Site is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on any other websites.

How do we collect Personally Identifiable Information?

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We may also collect information from you at other points on our site that state that such information is being collected.

1. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. Much of this information is automatically collected from or in connection with your device when interacting with our site, including: log data (including your internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, device type and version, browser type and version, the URL entered and the referring page/campaign, date/time of visit, other user agent string data, the time spent on our site, and any errors that may occur during the visit to our site); analytics data (including the electronic path you take to our site, detailing which URL you came from and which URL you go to next); and location data (including general information derived from your IP address).

Use and Retention of Your Personally Identifiable Information

This site collects and uses your personal information to operate the website and deliver the services you have requested. This site also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from this site and its affiliates, surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services, or of potential new services that may be offered.
This site does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. This site will disclose your personal information without notice, only if required to do so by law.

We retain your Personally Identifiable Information for the time period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Sharing Your Personal Information

This site does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. This site may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Personally Identifiable Information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners and is not subject to our control.
Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

Control Over Your Information

You may control your information in the following ways:

o Email Communication Preferences (Opting Out): We may occasionally send you direct mail about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. Only Coastal Well Woman (or agents working on behalf of Coastal Well Woman and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings, and only if you indicated that you do not object to these offers. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply tell us when you give us your personal information. Or, at any time, you can easily edit your account information to no longer receive such offers and mailings or email us at info@coastalwellwoman.com.

o You also have choices with respect to cookies, as described below. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, some parts of our site may not work properly.
We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes. You may ask to have the information in your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on this site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without retaining some residual information because of backups.

At our site you can be assured that your Personally Identifiable Information is secure, and consistent with current industry standards. This site secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. This Site secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this site cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.

Use of Cookies

The site uses "cookies" to help this site personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a webpage server. The cookies make your use of the site easier, make the site run more smoothly, and help us to maintain a secure site. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. This site will occasionally update this Privacy Statement to reflect company and customer feedback. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Statement to be informed of how this site is protecting your information.
All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid e-mail address as a registered user, review this site and this Policy periodically, and to be aware of any modifications.
