Our deep-dive session into perimenopause, menopause symptoms and solutions. We also cover hormone balance and optimization, for both the short and long term. We’ll review your history in detail and co-create a clinical treatment plan tailored to your body’s unique needs.

A dedicated clinical session to jumpstart your metabolic health. We’ll review your labs, weight history, and hormonal profile to create a realistic and sustainable strategy that may include prescription weight-loss support, medical nutrition therapy, movement and lifestyle support.

Sexual health is a vital component of well-being that is frequently overlooked during the perimenopause and menopause transition. As hormonal levels shift, many women experience clinical symptoms including decreased libido, dyspareunia (painful intercourse), vaginal dryness, and diminished orgasmic response. These physiological and psychological changes are common, yet treatable, and should not be accepted as an inevitable consequence of aging.

Healthy, resilient skin throughout midlife & beyond.

In Midlife and Menopause can significantly impact skin health, often leading to dryness, loss of elasticity, and increased wrinkles. As estrogen levels decline, estrogen receptors in the skin receive less stimulation. Supporting the skin with estriol and other evidence-based anti-aging ingredients, such as retinoids, may help improve hydration, texture, and overall skin quality.
A well-designed skincare regimen, combined with targeted hormonal and topical support, can help women maintain healthy, resilient skin throughout the midlife changes and beyond.
